Availability: All product orders are subject to their availability from our supply partners. Due to the nature of our logistics model, exceptional stock shortages may occur. In case of supply difficulties or if an item is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to wait, replace the product with one of similar characteristics, or refund the full amount you have paid.

Presentation: We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of colours on your device's monitor will be exact.
 
4. Purchase Process and Pricing

5.1. Processing and Production Times We believe in conscious production and avoid overproduction. Therefore, many of our items, especially clothing, are created on-demand especially for you once you place your order.

Production Time: This process can take between 2 and 7 business days. During this time, our production partners prepare your item, ensuring its quality before shipping it.

5.3. Multiple Shipments To offer you a diverse range of products and ensure efficient delivery, we collaborate with a network of production and logistics partners. If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. In this case, you will receive multiple "Shipping Confirmation" emails with individual tracking numbers for each package, at no additional cost to you.

5.4. Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the corresponding carrier's website to track the progress of your delivery.

5.5. Shipping Address and Customs

Correct Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing the order. Vibe Fit is not responsible for undelivered or returned orders due to errors in the address provided. If a package is returned for this reason, the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. Vibe Fit has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy
At Vibe Fit, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. Each item is specially prepared for you in collaboration with our network of production and logistics partners. For this reason, we ask you to read our policy carefully and review your order thoroughly before finalising it.

6.1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, damaged during transport, or if it does not correspond to what you ordered, we are committed to finding a solution.

Notification Period: You must contact us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After this time, we cannot guarantee the processing of the incident.

No Physical Return: In most cases of defective products, and to act in a more environmentally conscious way, it will not be necessary for you to return the item to us. We will confirm whether you should dispose of it or if an exceptional collection will be coordinated.

6.2. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Incorrect Size) Since each product is created on-demand specifically for your order, our ability to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality is limited.

Size Guide: We strongly recommend that you consult our size guide, available on each product page, before making your purchase to ensure the perfect fit. The choice of an incorrect size by the customer is not considered an error on our part.

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about the product (right of withdrawal), due to the custom nature of the production of each item.

6.3. General Refund Conditions

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used in the original purchase within 5 to 10 business days from the approval of the claim.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases covered by section 6.1.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise provided in the applicable legislation, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our Site will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
Because we operate as intermediaries with a network of suppliers, we will not be liable for indirect damages that occur as a side effect of the main losses or damages, nor for breaches or delays caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time you use the Site or place each order.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For any controversy that may arise from the use of the Site or purchase contracts, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the consumer's domicile.
